Please note that any information passed to SBAR will be held in strict confidence, no third party will have access to the information you provide.

Sponsorship Collection Form

To be in the running for the major prize you'll need to apply for a sponsorship form only available from the Childrens Cancer Institute Australia. It's an official form. Collecting sponsorships is a great way to raise donations and helps get the word out there about the Sydney Body Art Ride.

To receive a Sponsorship Form contact: Samantha Birmingham at the Childrens Cancer Institute Australia either by e-mail: sbirmingham@ccia.org.au or Ph (02) 9382 0064. You will receive a sponsorship form and a Letter of Authority. This will enable you to collect funds on behalf of the CCIA.

Collect the money from your sponsors, you must donate the money you raised, either by cheque or credit card, to the Children’s Cancer Institute Australia. Or, you can hand your collections in to the representatives of CCIA at the registration desk on the day.

CCIA will mail you receipts to distribute to your sponsors. Remember, all donations over $2 are tax deductible. Don't forget to put your name and address on the Sponsorship Form so that CCIA can send you the receipts.

Make sure all donations are clearly marked as coming through Sydney Body Art Ride so that we can get a total of how much is raised.
